We want to take the guesswork out of learning Jane. Our video playlists offer a structured tour through Jane. If you’re just signed up for a Jane Account and are looking for set up, Getting Started with Jane will take you through the process in a clear and step-by-step manner.
Once you’re all set up, you and perhaps your staff will love our videos on Jane’s Scheduling Basics. These give you a tour through all the neat and helpful functions in the main schedule as well as introduce you to the book, arrive, pay workflow and other appointment tasks, such as cancelling, rebooking, wait list, and subscribing Jane to your outside calendar tool.
For practitioners, we’ve created Jane’s Charting Basics, which covers all the neat ways you can tailor the charting process to each individual practitioner. We also add in there a video on charting for admin staff in case you are having them upload lab results or other similar tasks.
Once a treatment is completed, you’ll need to take payment. Here’s where our series on Jane Payments Basics will come in handy. This is a series of 6 videos that covers all those little things that need to be done: accepting payment, partially paying an invoice, refunds, credits, and more.
